One of the lessons from 2025 I shared in last week’s newsletter was this: 2026 belongs to bold women. 

And almost immediately after that email went out, life gave me the perfect example. 

Last week, I posted four photos and asked my audience to vote on which one should be my new headshot.
They were good photos. Polished. Professional. 

But here’s the truth — none of them were great. 

Then I got a DM from a photographer I had just met at an event: 

“I vote you do a branding/headshot shoot with me soon 🩷” 

That message wasn’t random.
It wasn’t lucky.
And it definitely wasn’t “pushy.” 

It was bold. 

She saw a gap.
She knew her offer.
She trusted her skill.
And she moved. 

Most women would’ve thought:
“Who am I to DM her?”
“What if she takes this the wrong way?”
“I don’t want to feel salesy.” 

But here’s what she understood that most business owners miss: 

👉 Bold action only works when three things are aligned. 

That’s why 2026 requires what I call The 4C Formula. 

Clarity — She knew exactly what she offered.
Confidence — She was willing to be seen and initiate.
Conviction — She believed her solution would get better results than what already existed. 

And when those three line up? 

That’s when you get Cash. 

Not from hustling harder.
Not from posting more.
Not from waiting to feel “ready.” 

But from moving decisively. 

Here’s the hard truth:
