Discernment is built when you sit with the data yourself. When you see the patterns. When you notice where structure is strong and where it is quietly leaking.

At $500K, this becomes essential.
At $1M, it is non-negotiable.

Scale is not about adding more.

It is about strengthening what already exists.

And clarity is a structural requirement.
