Its summer and that means its the perfect time to read a good book by the beach!

One summer when I was a kid, my goal was to win the local library book contest by reading 100 books!  Reading was something I loved so this was super simple for me!

Over the years my genre has changed and now I tend to read personal development books 30 minutes a day to keep my brain active and curious!

As I was looking for a new book last week and prepping for my summer adventure, I thought why not have a summer reading list and invite all my friends!

In this episode of The Sailynn Show I am sharing with you the first book in The Summer Book Series to Finding Life Balance!  This new freebie is a fun way we can learn together and chat about the books we are reading!

This simple but impactful book gives you a tool to conquer anything in your life you do not want to do!  It also explains why it works!

Mel was in a place in her life where nothing was going right and she was hitting the snooze button every single day to avoid the chaos!

The problem was she was not happy and she wanted to get her life back on track but felt overwhelmed and did not know where to start!

After watching a rocket launch she got the inspiration to do the same thing in her life - 5,4,3,2,1 Just Do It (as Nike says).  She started implementing this simple strategy in her life and voila, it began to work!
