THE SIMPLY RICH BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
You didn't build a million-dollar business to still be the reason it runs.
Here's what you actually want — and probably haven't said out loud yet.
SCHEDULE A CALL TO APPLY FOR THE EXPERIENCE-
To close your laptop at noon and feel nothing but certainty that everything is handled.
-
To take a last-minute trip and spend the whole time actually being on it — not checking your phone.
-
To walk into your business on a Tuesday and have your team bring you solutions instead of questions.
-
To see your profit show up in your bank account — not just in your revenue number.
-
To build something worth something. Something you could hand off, scale, or walk away from. And have it hold.
That's not a pipe dream. That's a structure problem. And structure can be fixed.
THE PART MOST WOMEN AT YOUR LEVEL DON'T WANT TO HEAR
The version of you that built the first million is the exact thing capping the second.
Not because you're doing anything wrong. Because you did it so right. You built a business by being the most capable person in it. That model worked. It also made you the bottleneck.
Here's what that actually looks like from the inside:
— Text messages before your feet hit the floor.
— A "quick question" from your team that isn't quick.
— A decision that should have been made without you — but somehow never is.
— Revenue growing. Your paycheck not reflecting it. You're not sure where it's going.
— You tried to step back. Something broke. You fixed it. Again.
Most women at your level think this is a people problem. Or a hiring problem. Or a mindset problem.
It's a structural problem dressed up in pretty clothes.
THE SYSTEM BEHIND IT
I know this because I lived it — inside the same problem you're in right now.
In 2007, I bought a senior home care franchise with a vision of freedom. What I got instead was 80-hour weeks, a revolving door of questions, and a team that couldn't take a step without me.
I hit $1M in revenue by year three. And I was proud of it — until I wasn't.
In 2010, I showed up at 6am in a suit and heels to cover a caregiver shift because my business had no real infrastructure. I sat in my car afterward and sobbed. That was my draw a line-in-the-sand moment.
I spent the next two years redesigning everything from the ground up. Not growing more. Designing the business to require less of me.
In October 2012, I printed my picture, wrote "WWSD" on it — a nod to the WWJD movement that was everywhere that year — and taped it to every computer in my office. A joke. Also a message: you've got this. I don't need to be here. Then I loaded up my RV and left.
By 2016:
-
$3.3M in revenue — scaled from $1M while dropping from 80+ hours a week to 16.
-
A team of 17 in-office leaders supporting 150 field employees.
-
Three directors who fully handled day-to-day operations.
-
A paycheck four times what I'd been earning.
A standing question from my team: "Why are you here? We don't even need you." (I learned to love that question.)
I sold the business in 2017 — before age 40 — with a sale that exceeded the franchise standard.
INTRODUCING
THE 16-HOUR OWNER SYSTEM
What changed everything wasn't working harder.
It was redesigning the business so it stopped routing through me.
Over those two years, I didn't just fix problems.
I rebuilt the business into something that could operate, decide, and deliver — without constant owner intervention.
What came out of that work is what I now call The 16-Hour Owner System.
A four-pillar structure that transforms how your business runs:
- Structure — so decisions aren't dependent on you
- Systems — so execution doesn't live in your head
- Support — so your team owns outcomes, not just tasks
- Streamline — so operations are clean, efficient, and scalable
This isn't about stepping away from your business.
It's about removing the version of the business that still depends on you for everything.
Because right now, the issue isn't your revenue.
It's that your business still requires too much of you to sustain it.
The 16-Hour Owner System is how that changes.
It's how your business becomes:
more predictable
more profitable
more self-sustaining
and significantly less dependent on you
So growth no longer costs you more time, energy, or mental load.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE
Jennifer — 16-year digital marketing agency
Strong reputation. Hundreds of clients. A solid team. From the outside, everything looked like it was working. But Jennifer wasn't trying to grow more. She wanted to redesign her life so she could homeschool her child, travel, get out of daily operations and start her second business.
Jennifer believed her systems were strong. But when a key team member left… we discovered: SOPs were outdated, the team wasn't using them, and client knowledge lived in the employee's head who left.
Jennifer had a very strong business - just like most women owners. So we redesigned and refined her success into a well oiled machine using these frameworks:
3D Evaluation Framework
She evaluated what was working to double down on, what needed further development to remove her from business operations, and what needed to be ditched altogether.
3 Step Freedom Systems Formula
She designed, refined and integrated the SOPs her team would actually need to run the business without asking her questions.
3 Part Hiring Framework
She redesigned her org chart and retrained team members so they finally owned their job duties fully.
Near the end of our work together, Jennifer had to move out of state to care for a family member. Her team ran everything. Clients were served. Revenue continued. The business held. When she checked back in, her team told her:
"We've got this. Go build your next business."

JOIN THE WAITLISTWHO THIS IS FOR
This is for the woman who:
-
Is already generating real revenue — around the million-dollar mark — with clients and some level of team support.
-
Has a business that works, but still depends on her too much to run it.
-
Is done being the bottleneck and ready to finally lead like the CEO she already is.
-
Wants more than strategy — she wants to think differently, so she can solve anything long after we stop working together.
This is not for beginners.
This is for the woman ready to stop being the reason her business works — and start being the reason it thrives.
THE DECISION
You don't need more strategy.
You need a business that routes every decision back to you. That doesn't require you to maintain every standard. That doesn't slow down when you step back.
Because the next level isn't more effort. It's better design.
