Dear Entrepreneur,

I used to believe that once you had clarity, the money would follow.

And honestly? That belief makes sense.
Because clarity feels productive. It feels safe. It feels like progress.

But clarity alone has never built a profitable business.

I learned this the hard way back in 2007, when I bought my senior home care franchise. About 60 days after training, my franchisor came to check in and asked a simple question:

“How many marketing visits are you making each week?”

I proudly said, “About 20.”

She looked me dead in the eye and said, “Do you want to be broke?”

I quietly said no.

She replied, “Then do 40.”

Here’s what she knew that I hadn’t fully accepted yet:
If I wanted a six-figure salary, the business needed $1M in revenue. And that required consistent, uncomfortable, repeated action, not inspiration, not confidence, not vibes.

I didn’t buy a “business in a box” to improvise.
I bought it to follow a proven formula.

So I went all in.
Forty visits. Every week. No drama.

And guess what?
$1M by year three. Six-figure salary.

Nothing has changed in 2026.

Posting once and waiting doesn’t count.
Networking without follow-up doesn’t count.
Likes without conversations don’t count.

Business is built on active relationship-building, online or in person. And the magic doesn’t happen overnight, it happens after 90 days of consistent action, when you finally have data. Then you refine. Then you repeat. Again. And again.

Most women quit before the compound effect kicks in.

That’s why only 2% hit $1M, not because they’re special, but because they’re consistent longer.

That’s why I updated my framework.
